Purpos

The Zinc Oxide lightning arrester is the most advanced over-voltage protector in the world. Because its core component resistors are made of Zinc Oxide and various metal oxides, compared with traditional silicon carbide arresters, it greatly improves the volt ampere characteristics of resistors, improves the capacity of resistors, and brings about the fundamental change of the characteristics of arresters.

When the lightning arrester under normal operating voltage, the current flow through the arrester only microamp level when subjected to voltage, non linear volt ampere characteristics of arrester excellent function, current flow through the arrester moment increased to several thousand amperes, lightning arrester in the conducting state, the release of piezoelectric energy, so as to effectively limit over against the voltage of power transmission equipment.

Use Condition

The temperature of the environment is not higher than +40 ℃, not less than -40 ℃.
The altitude is not more than 1000 (the plateau should be marked at the time of order).
The frequency of the power supply is not less than 48Hz, not more than 60Hz.
The power frequency voltage applied to the arrester for a long time does not exceed the continuous operating voltage of the arrester.
Maximum wind speed is not more than 35m/s;
The earthquake intensity is 7 degrees and below.

Installation and maintenance

1. this product is connected to the input terminal of the protected equipment.

2. from the terminal to the grounding end grounding, to ensure good grounding, grounding wire distance grounding bus should not be too long, kept within 0.5 meters.

3. if the thunderstorm day after, the signal can not be transmitted normally, after pulling down this product, re connected after the normal transmission of the signal, indicating that the product has been damaged.

TNR-RJ Network signal lightning arrester

Working principle

TNR-RJ series signal lightning arrester circuit adopts two level protection, before most of the energy transfer overvoltage, discharge lightning current, a voltage clamp on the level, voltage level and the residual pressure is lower than the two level of electronic equipment, the precise decoupling device with strong will, play a good protective effect.

Installation matters

The TNR-RJ series lightning protector is connected in series between the protected device and the transmission cable. The input port (IN) is connected to the signal channel, and the output terminal (OUT) is connected with the protected device. The multi strand copper core wire connects the earthing end of the signal lightning arrester with the adjacent ground confluence.
